About Savannah Shand

I am a Broker-Owner at Empire Real Estate of Florida, co-owned with my partner, TC Shand. We strive to provide exceptional service to our clients, always putting their needs first. Additionally, I co-own Goosehead Insurance, a company that helps individuals and businesses protect their assets with customized insurance solutions. When I am not busy with work, I enjoy spending time with my 3-year-old son, who is the light of my life. In addition to my career, I work with various non-profit organizations.

I am proud to be a founding member of The Green Exhibit Foundation, a non-profit organization based in Bay County, FL. As a member of the board of directors, I work towards raising awareness and advocating for mental health, primarily within the real estate networking force. Our goal is to end the stigma surrounding mental health conversations and be a safe space for anyone who may need help. In addition to my work with The Green Exhibit Foundation, I am also a 1 on 1 mentor with Elevate Bay, a mentorship program run by Bay District Schools.

As a volunteer for the past two years, I have been working to support and encourage at-risk students of Bay District Schools. Our goal is to help students overcome obstacles such as homelessness, familial instability, and chronic absenteeism and achieve success. I am also a member of the Emerald Coast Business Women's Association, a non-profit organization that supports and empowers business and professional women through support, networking, mentoring, and education. Our organization engages in fundraising through the annual Death By Chocolate event, which provides scholarships to deserving students. As an ambassador for the Bay County Chamber of Commerce, I serve as the official diplomatic representative of the Chamber of Commerce.
